Project Commencement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A project is considered officially initiated only after:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Written approval from the client,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acceptance of the quotation\/proposal,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receipt of the agreed advance payment (typically 50%), and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receipt of all required project materials, credentials, and information from the client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Project timelines begin only after all the above conditions have been fulfilled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-secondary-accent-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-31c746cb886e0d2a88ff7e133765f957\">5. Intellectual Property<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon receipt of complete payment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ownership of the final approved website, graphics, designs, and content specifically created for the client shall be transferred to the client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Source files shall be provided where applicable and agreed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dimax Digital retains ownership of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Internal methodologies,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frameworks,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Templates,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proprietary tools,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Software,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Know-how,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Third-party licensed assets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-secondary-accent-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0ca4ac56f47ba3f253cb1ddc199c8e76\">10. Performance Disclaimer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Digital marketing results depend upon numerous external factors including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search engine algorithms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advertising policies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Industry trends<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer behaviour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Budget allocation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Accordingly, Dimax Digital does not guarantee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First-page Google rankings,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specific lead volumes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sales,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revenue,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return on Ad Spend (ROAS),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traffic levels,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We commit to delivering our services professionally using industry best practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-secondary-accent-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-eb6c23001298bb6a4c67cf7c7905afd3\">13. Confidentiality<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information shared during the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Confidential information shall not be disclosed except where required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-secondary-accent-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6f9e24e5a5e0ee0fde10f70d6fdaab8b\">14. Termination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Either party may request termination of the engagement only:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Within one (1) week of project initiation; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By providing written notice at least three (3) weeks before the expected project completion date,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>provided that valid and genuine reasons are communicated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, refunds may be considered only after mutual discussion and written agreement if the termination is based upon legitimate circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Work completed up to the termination date shall remain payable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-secondary-accent-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0defd4fff4d8cf5aa83166b7fdd15d5d\">15. After Project Commencement<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Once work has commenced, advance payments are generally non-refundable because resources, time, and professional effort have already been allocated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, Dimax Digital may consider a partial refund where:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the cancellation is supported by a genuine and valid reason;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>both parties mutually agree in writing; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the amount refundable is determined after deducting charges for work already completed and expenses incurred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-secondary-accent-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-69fc801a3c598210aefff05fb98b081a\">3. Termination by the Client<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The client may request termination only:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>within one (1) week of project initiation; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by providing at least three (3) weeks&#8217; written notice before the expected completion of the project,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>along with valid reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds, if any, shall be entirely at the discretion of Dimax Digital after reviewing the work completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-secondary-accent-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-35bf03c687dd41d937128b1f2054753f\">4. Services Not Eligible for Refund<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The following are generally non-refundable once delivered or performed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SEO work already executed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advertising campaigns already launched;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Media spend paid to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or other advertising platforms;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Domain registration fees;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hosting charges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Third-party software licences;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paid plugins;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stock images;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Premium fonts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>API charges;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consultancy sessions already conducted;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed design work;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategy documents already delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-secondary-accent-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d86d260065ca12fd86e58942c76bcb00\">5. Delays Caused by the Client<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>No refund shall be provided where project delays occur because the client:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>fails to provide required information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>delays approvals;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>delays payments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>changes project requirements repeatedly; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>becomes unresponsive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Project timelines may be extended accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-secondary-accent-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e89806eecac14f75a598786de978ae08\">6. Unsatisfactory Results<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Digital marketing outcomes depend upon numerous external factors beyond our control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accordingly, dissatisfaction arising solely because desired rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, or sales were not achieved shall not automatically qualify for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-secondary-accent-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-42fcbbd4cb112ec5951001a5f2e7b613\">7.
